Due to the custom nature of each order, all items are non-returnable. We carefully manufacture each shutter to the exact specifications submitted with the order.

If you receive merchandise with missing or damaged parts or components, contact us within five business days of receiving your order. Please be prepared to provide a description of the missing part(s) or damages. Photos of any damaged parts will be very helpful and may be required for us to file a claim with the freight carrier for damages incurred during shipment.
In many cases, we will be able to replace the damaged or missing part immediately. Yankee reserves the right to determine the best and most economical way to solve any damaged or missing part concerns.
