Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are detailed on each product page.

If any shipping charge will be incurred, the product page will clearly indicate the cost, and this cost will be automatically calculated into the transaction as part of the checkout process. Total charges will be available for your review prior to you submitting any payment information.

Shipping is included in the pricing for ALL custom shutter orders in the Continental US.

For Premier One-Piece Louvered and Raised Panel Shutters, there is a flat $10 shipping charge per order.

For decorative and functional metal hardware, shipping is included in the sell price.

For installation hardware and decorative hardware (specifically, screws, shutter spikes, and hinge/s-hook kits), there is a flat $10 shipping charge per order.

Orders are generally shipped by UPS, but we reserve the right to choose our shipping carrier.

You will be provided with tracking information as soon as it is available.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Services such as custom painting require additional time to process.
Contact us prior to ordering if you would like a more precise timeframe, as production time is seasonal and can vary depending on many factors.
